The “Group” in The Forward Direction Group

All involved with The Forward Direction Group are independent contractors.  When prospective client interests are determined, the group members with appropriate skill sets work in concert to tailor a plan to efficiently handle each individual need.


Cathi-Bosco The Forward Direction GroupCathi Bosco– Creative director and artist best known for The CBC Collection, Cathi’s illustrative work of college mascots is officially licensed and/or commissioned by dozens of colleges and universities for retail and institutional sales.  Included are The Universities of Maryland, Colorado and Connecticut plus Penn State, Bowdoin, Lafayette and Yale.  The Collection also includes work for the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. She designs for fine art prints, products and collectables.  Her expertise includes brand/identity development for the web and print, specializing in new media integration, creative design solutions and total web presence. 

Jared Miller The Forward Direction GroupJared Miller– An expert in the implementation of emerging technologies, Jared’s background is in broadcast system integration and production, IT engineering and software development. He has been a key participant in the host broadcaster’s production of the world feed for the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Athens, Torino, Beijing, Vancouver and London, and is headed for Sochi in January.  He also serves as an IT consultant, SharePoint architect, and software engineer. His skill set encompasses all phases of high technology project execution, from proposal development through conceptual and detailed design to project management and on-site implementation.

Samantha Rudolph The Forward Direction GroupSamantha Rudolph– At ESPN for nearly a decade in the Sales & Marketing and Content divisions, Sam excels at designing innovative strategies for start ups, nascent businesses and cutting edge product launches. Sam founded the pre-game area of ESPN’s Stats & Analysis team, the group responsible for live scores and stats across platforms. She produced ESPN’s creative staging for three days of live television from the floor of the Consumer Electronics Show, focusing on the company’s big picture and brand while coordinating the associated myriad of details. A Wharton grad, she specializes in project management and budgetary oversight plus strategic and creative thinking.
